Enuygun Refused to Cancel My Iran Air Ticket — Still Waiting for $209 Refund

On November 11, 2025, I requested a cancellation for my Iran Air Tehran–Istanbul flight ticket purchased through Enuygun.com (PNR: SIB8G3). Enuygun customer service recorded my request and told me they would get back to me. However, I did not receive any updates for two full days. When I called them myself, they informed me that the ticket could not be canceled and that the issue was related to the airline. As far as I know, flight tickets can be canceled up to 12 hours before departure.

Since I did not take the flight, I am requesting a refund of $209 USD. I was never given a clear explanation about the situation, and I feel I have been treated unfairly. I want my refund to be processed as soon as possible.
