If Toluna delayed your gift card payout for weeks and you want to speed up the reward delivery;
Contact Toluna Support with clear details;
• Go to the Toluna Help Center / Contact Us
• State that your gift card payout has been delayed beyond the expected timeframe
• Provide:
– Your account email & username
– Reward requested, date requested, and current status
– Screenshots of reward history
Ask them to;
• Confirm whether the payout was successfully processed
• Explain the reason for the delay
• Provide a new delivery timeline
If support does not reply, you might want to consider posting a complaint on Xolvie in order to bring attention to the issue and try to find a solution.
