Toluna Reward Not Delivered After Two Months
I have still not received the $11 Boyner gift card that I earned through Toluna approximately two months ago. After spending a long time completing surveys and putting in effort to earn this reward, I have now been waiting for two months without any progress.
Even though I have contacted Toluna multiple times through both the app and email, I keep receiving the same generic responses, and I can see that my gift card has still not been sent. No clear delivery date has been provided, and no concrete solution has been offered. Despite this being a one-time reward, I do not want to struggle and wait for two months after earning it.
I request that the $11 Boyner gift card I rightfully earned be delivered to me as soon as possible and that the hardship I have experienced be properly addressed.
