Toluna Doesn’t Pay Rewards After Completing Surveys

I have spent a lot of time completing surveys on Toluna, expecting to receive the rewards I earned. However, they refuse to deposit my earnings into my account. This is extremely frustrating—if they invite users to take surveys, they should honor their payment promises.

What’s even worse is that higher-paying surveys never seem to be credited. It feels like they intentionally withhold payments on surveys with bigger rewards. If they aren’t going to pay users, then they shouldn’t send out invitations to complete surveys in the first place!

I demand that Toluna immediately transfer my earned rewards and stop misleading users. Avoid this platform if you don’t want your time wasted!
