First Toluna Reward Request Still Not Fulfilled
On October 11, 2025, I redeemed a Carrefour reward worth $11 through Toluna. However, even after one month, my reward has still not been delivered. Each time I contacted Toluna by email and through the website messaging system, I was told that the reward was on the way, but no actual progress has been made. This was my first reward request on Toluna, and I have not experienced any other issues with my account.
