Toluna Hasn’t Delivered My ₺100 Gift Card After 2.5 Months
I redeemed a ₺100 gift card reward on Toluna over 2.5 months ago, but I still haven’t received it. Despite multiple messages and follow-ups, all I get are generic responses saying my reward will be delivered, yet nothing happens.
I have been incredibly patient, but this delay is completely unacceptable. If Toluna promises rewards for completing surveys, they should actually deliver them. What’s the point of collecting points if users can’t redeem them?
Toluna, I demand my reward immediately! This experience has been frustrating, and I won’t recommend this platform if they fail to honor their commitments. Has anyone else faced this issue? I expect a resolution now!
