Toluna Delays Reward Redemption—Still Waiting for My Gift Card
Toluna, a survey company, claims to reward users with points for completing surveys, but when you try to redeem those points, the process drags on endlessly. I attempted to redeem ₺100 Migros gift card, but the redemption process has been stuck for too long.
I contacted customer support, and they emailed me saying the issue was resolved, yet I still have not received my reward. It seems like getting points is easy, but actually using them is nearly impossible.
Toluna, I demand my rightful reward! If you promise survey rewards, you need to deliver them. Has anyone else experienced these delays? This is unacceptable, and I expect an immediate resolution!
