Rewards Not Received From Toluna

I am writing regarding a reward payout issue I have been experiencing with Toluna Influencers. More than a month ago, I requested a PayPal reward of 5 USD, redeeming 20,000 points as shown in my Rewards History. Despite this long waiting period, I have still not received the payment to my PayPal account. During this time, I have contacted Toluna support several times, but I only receive automated emails saying that my reward is on its way, without any real update, explanation, or resolution. The situation has become very frustrating, as the status remains unchanged and the reward never arrives. I kindly request that my 5 USD PayPal reward be processed immediately, or that my 20,000 points be returned to my Toluna account if the payout cannot be completed. I also expect a clear explanation of why this delay occurred and assurance that similar issues will not repeat in the future.
