Toluna Rewards Delivery Delay Over 5 Weeks
On 16 August 2026 I requested a Checkers eVoucher reward through the Toluna web surveys platform. Although this is a digital reward, more than five weeks have passed and I still have not received the voucher. When I contacted Toluna support, they only informed me that there is a delay in processing orders and that they cannot give any time frame for delivery. During this period my voucher has still not been sent, despite the long wait. I request that my Checkers eVoucher be delivered to me without any further delay, or that an appropriate solution be provided for this issue.
