Toluna Customer Support Closed Ticket Without Resolving Reward Issue
On December 24, 2025, I redeemed the points I earned by completing surveys on the Toluna app for a CarrefourSgift card worth $11. However, even after 16 days, my order still shows as “processing,” and the gift card has not been credited to my account.
I opened a support ticket through Toluna and later received a response by email. The email only stated that there was a delay due to high volume and that my gift card would be issued as soon as possible. No specific date was provided, and my support request was closed. Several more days have passed, and I have not received any further updates, nor has my gift card been delivered.
I request that the $11 Carrefour gift card I purchased with the points I earned through completing surveys be credited to my account as soon as possible. I also ask that clearer and more transparent communication be provided regarding such delays.
