Toluna Reward Not Delivered After 27 Days
On December 3, 2024, I redeemed a $11 Carrefour e-voucher reward from my Toluna account. Although their system states that rewards are typically delivered within 1–7 business days and PayPal payments within 1 to 3 weeks, a significant amount of time has passed and my reward has still not been delivered. It continues to show as “your reward request is being processed” in my account.
During this time, I have contacted Toluna through their support page at least seven times. Each time, I received an email stating that my reward was being prepared and monitored. However, even though the expected delivery timeframe has long passed, no concrete action has been taken and no real solution has been provided.
Since December 3, 2024—approximately 27 days ago—I have been waiting for my $11 Carrefour e-voucher reward. I request that Toluna send the reward associated with order number 2964178 to my email address as soon as possible and provide a clear explanation regarding the delay.
