Toluna 25,000 Points Deducted But ₹250 Swiggy Gift Card Not Received

I requested a Swiggy gift card worth Rs 250 from Toluna Rewards on August 24, but the reward has still not been credited to me. I have enough points in my account, and my points history clearly shows that 25,000 points were spent for this reward. I also received an email from Toluna with a verification code (147***), but despite this, I have not received any Swiggy gift card or usable code. I request that my Swiggy gift card for Rs 250 be issued and credited to me as soon as possible, or that my 25,000 points be returned to my account if the reward cannot be provided.
