Toluna Won’t Send My Migros Gift Card Despite Multiple Follow-Ups
I redeemed my Migros gift card from Toluna on August 1, using my earned points, but I still haven’t received it. I contacted customer service multiple times, and they assured me the reward would be delivered within 6 to 15 days, yet nothing has happened.
Other survey platforms process rewards instantly, so why is Toluna delaying payments? Do they expect users to waste time for nothing? If they promise rewards, they must honor them.
Toluna, I demand my gift card immediately! Stop ignoring users who complete surveys in good faith. Has anyone else had the same issue? This is frustrating and unacceptable! I expect an urgent resolution!
