Toluna eGift Card Still “Preparing” After 12 Business Days
On September 4, 2025, I redeemed 88,325 points through the Toluna Influencers website to order a Carrefour eGift Card worth $11 (Order No: 2805717). I placed the order using my email address s***@hotmail.com, and the points were deducted from my account. Although Toluna states that rewards are delivered within 7 business days, it has now been 12 business days, and my reward still shows as “being prepared” and has not been delivered.
During this time, I contacted customer service multiple times. However, even though the issue was not resolved, I kept receiving automated responses stating that the case had been “resolved.” I had not experienced this issue with previous orders, and my earlier rewards were delivered promptly.
I request that my $11 Carrefour eGift Card reward be issued to my account as soon as possible and that the inconvenience I have experienced be properly addressed.
