Ted Baker Lost My Order & Won’t Fully Refund Me
I ordered two items from www.tedbaker.com, but after more than a month, my order never arrived. When I contacted customer service, they claimed the package was lost in transit—yet instead of taking full responsibility, they only offered a 35% refund!
This is completely unacceptable. The shipping process is Ted Baker’s responsibility, not mine. I didn’t lose the package—they did! I expect a full refund, not just a fraction of my money back.
Ted Baker, you need to own up to your mistake and refund me in full. Has anyone else faced this issue? I won’t accept anything less than my full payment back!
