Ordered from COS Website, No Shipment & Charged in USD

I placed an order on the COS website, and it has been a week, yet my items haven’t been shipped. This seemed unusual, so I decided to research the site, only to find multiple reports claiming it’s a fake website.

To make matters worse, my payment was charged in USD, and I lost around ₺3000. Now, I have no product, no tracking information, and no response from the site. I have no idea how to get my money back or what steps to take next.

If this site is fraudulent, why is it still operating? I demand an immediate resolution and a way to recover my money. COS, if this is your official site, take responsibility and address this issue now!
