Ted Baker Bag’s Silver Detail Scratched After Few Uses – I Want a Replacement

I purchased a Ted Baker bag, and after only a few uses, the silver detailing became covered in scratches. I have never experienced this with any other bag before. I used it carefully for daily wear, so I have no idea how it got damaged so quickly.

For a high-end brand, I expected much better quality and durability. This level of wear and tear after such a short period is unacceptable. I request an exchange or a full refund, as this product clearly does not meet expectations.

Ted Baker must stand behind its quality and offer a proper resolution. Please assist me with this issue as soon as possible!
