WWF Market Charged $470 but Order Returned by Courier Without Delivery

I placed an order worth $470 from WWF Market, taking advantage of their 50% discount campaign. However, despite WWF Market charging my card and receiving the payment, the shipping company Kolay Gelsin marked the package as “damaged” and returned it to the seller without ever showing it to me.

I never even had the chance to see or inspect my order, yet the products were sent back as if I had refused delivery. Meanwhile, WWF Market still has my money and hasn’t issued a refund, meaning they are essentially holding my payment for goods I never received.

This situation is completely unacceptable. I demand that my full refund be issued immediately and that the company take responsibility for this careless handling and lack of communication.
