Wrangler Canceled My Order but Didn’t Refund Me – No Product or Payment

I ordered a fleece through the Wrangler app, but the order was canceled without my request. I haven’t received the product, yet I’m being asked to return it to get a refund. How can I return an item I never received? Despite multiple attempts to get assistance, I still haven’t received my refund or any clarification. Wrangler needs to resolve this issue immediately. I demand either the product I paid for or an immediate refund. This situation is incredibly frustrating, and I expect proper communication and action from Wrangler to fix this problem. Other customers should be cautious when shopping through their app.
