My COS Order Hasn't Arrived After Two Weeks, and I Can't Get a Refund

I placed an order on the COS website two weeks ago, and the product has still not arrived. After researching, I discovered numerous complaints about similar issues with this site, raising concerns that it might not be legitimate. Despite being charged ₺3500, I have received nothing in return and have no way to track my order or request a refund.

It's unacceptable that a platform can operate this way without any accountability. I demand immediate action from COS to either deliver the product I paid for or provide a full refund. This situation is frustrating and needs to be resolved promptly to restore trust with their customers.
