SuperStep Sent Me Mismatched Shoe Sizes - Refused to Accept a Return
The shoes I bought from the SuperStep store were sent without checking the sizes. One was size 43, and the other was size 42, but I did not notice at first. After wearing them for a while, they started to feel tight, and that’s when I realized the issue. I requested a return, but they rejected it, claiming it was a user error. This is clearly a mistake on their part, yet they refuse to take responsibility. I even provided proof of the size difference, but they still refused to help. How can such an absurd response be acceptable? I will never shop from SuperStep again. What a complete disappointment!
