I purchased Converse shoes from SuperStep, but they’ve been extremely uncomfortable to wear. After standing for just an hour, I experience cramps in my toes. I sent the shoes for inspection twice, but SuperStep claimed there’s no issue with the product.

This response is unacceptable, as the shoes are clearly causing pain and discomfort. It’s disappointing that SuperStep refuses to stand behind the products they sell. I deeply regret purchasing from this store and demand a resolution. Proper customer support and accountability should be a priority, but instead, they dismiss genuine complaints.
