Gotogate Canceled Paid Flight Tickets for Two Passengers

Through Gotogate, I purchased round-trip tickets for two people from Athens to Rome under reservation number 1115-686-278. On January 24, 2026, at approximately 8:26 p.m., $467 was charged to my account, yet my reservation was canceled without any explanation.

After the cancellation, I attempted to contact the company by phone but was unable to reach customer service, and no information or explanation was provided to me. The fact that my payment was processed while my reservation was canceled without cause has caused serious inconvenience.

I request that my reservation be reinstated under the same terms and conditions as when I originally purchased it. Otherwise, I demand that the amount I paid be refunded to me without delay.
