SuperStep Refused to Replace My New Balance 9060 Shoes That Hurt My Foot

I bought a pair of New Balance 9060 sneakers from SuperStep. I wore them for just half an hour, and they hurt the back of my foot. I took them back to the store, and they said they would send them for inspection. I handed them over to the store on March 7. Today, I received a message with the result, and it was rejected. Shopping at SuperStep has been a regret. If there was no defect in the shoes, they wouldn’t have hurt my foot. The message I received said there was no problem with the product. I feel wronged—I paid a significant amount of money. Forget about a refund—they didn’t even offer an exchange.
