On February 3, 2026, I purchased a flight ticket through Kiwi.com. Although I did not receive any additional approval request, SMS verification, or notification during the payment process, on the night of March 4, 2026, we discovered that two separate charges had been made by Gotogate to my wife’s İş Bank debit card.
First, $270 was withdrawn from her account, followed by another charge of $306, meaning two separate transactions were processed. For these transactions, no approval code, SMS, email, or app notification was received from the bank. These transactions were completed entirely without our knowledge and have placed us in serious financial difficulty.
When we contacted İş Bank, we were told to get in touch with the company regarding the matter. The transaction number shown on Gotogate is 1111794582 and relates to the $306 charge. I request that both Kiwi.com and Gotogate urgently investigate these unauthorized withdrawals and immediately refund the full amounts charged to the card.
I expect an urgent response and that the payments be returned to us as soon as possible.
