New Balance 1906 Shoe Interior Tore After Only Two Wears, Return Denied
About 40 days ago, I purchased New Balance 1906 shoes from the SuperStep online store. After just two wears—only driving my car to the mall—the inside of the shoe tore and showed significant wear. If I keep wearing them, the damage will worsen and spread to the outside. I sent the product for inspection, but my return request was rejected with the claim it was due to “user error.” This is absurd. I never wore them for hiking, walking in the rain, or rough terrain—only short, gentle use. For the inside to tear like this, it would require something sharp or damaging on my foot. I’m sending the shoes for re-inspection and demand a quick resolution. This is unfair treatment of a nearly new product.
