Pick "Payments and Refunds" as the subject line and include your registered email address, the payment reference number, and copies of past messages. To get in touch with them quickly, this is their main channel.
Make your problem clear, include proof, and give a due date for an answer. If you are still not paid, you can file a claim with your bank or PayPal. This will usually get Superprof's billing team to look into it faster.
