Unauthorized Monthly Superprof Charges Complaint

Once you sign up for Superprof.com, you’re in trouble! The site withdraws money from your account every month without notifying you. I can’t even log into my account anymore, and it’s been inactive for a long time.

If I hadn’t noticed, they would have kept charging me for months without my knowledge. I had to cancel my cards just to stop them from taking more money.

This is completely unfair — I want these unauthorized charges investigated and my money refunded immediately.
