Every month, Superprof has been withdrawing money from my bank account without my consent. I want this subscription canceled immediately. If they are taking money like this from a thousand people, they’re making unfair profit without providing any real service.
I demand an immediate refund of my payments. I registered on the site once for educational purposes and made a single payment. After that, I logged out and stopped using the platform, yet ₺199 continues to be withdrawn from my account every month.
