The Superprof app has withdrawn money from my account — and this isn’t the first time it’s happened. The first time, I assumed it was just a one-time usage fee and didn’t pay much attention, but on July 21, another payment was taken again.
I’m not sure if this charge is related to my tutor or to the lesson listing I created on the app. When I asked my tutor about it, they said that no money was taken from me and that the fee withdrawn from my account was not transferred to them. They mentioned that they use the platform completely free of charge, so I really don’t understand why I’m being charged.
I would like a clear explanation and, if this payment was taken without my consent, I request an immediate refund.
