Superprof Didn’t Refund Me After My Trial Lesson Request Was Canceled
About nine days ago, I paid ₺260 by credit card on Superprof to take a trial lesson with A** G*****. However, after two days without any response to my lesson request, I canceled it. The site shows that the request was canceled, and normally, when a lesson is not accepted, the payment should be automatically refunded.
It has now been five days, and no refund has been made. I also submitted a complaint via email, but I haven’t received any reply from Superprof. This was my first time using the platform, and I’ve been left disappointed by this experience.
I request that the ₺260 payment be refunded as soon as possible.
