I Face Unauthorized Payment from Superprof Despite Subscription Cancellation
I created a subscription on Superprof. Before contacting any tutors, the platform stated that no payment would be taken until I reached out to a teacher — yet the money was withdrawn immediately.
I have since canceled my subscription, but I want to make it clear that I do not give my consent for any future withdrawals. If another charge is made next month, it will be completely unauthorized.
I also request that my card information be permanently deleted from your system to prevent any further unauthorized payments.
