My Superprof Refund Still Pending After Tutor Declined My Lesson Request
On Sunday, August 10, I applied to take a lesson from a tutor through the Superprof website. The fee displayed for sending a lesson request was ₺259, but ₺270.84 was actually withdrawn from my account. It was stated that the payment would be refunded if the tutor didn’t accept my request. However, the tutor rejected my request, and I still haven’t received a refund.
After sending my first email about the issue, new lesson requests were automatically sent to different tutors without my consent, and I started receiving multiple messages from them. Despite sending a second email, I have still received no response from Superprof.
Currently, my Superprof account still shows the payment status as “pending,” and there has been no refund. I also have bank transaction records and screenshots as proof.
I request that the unjustly withdrawn ₺270.84 be refunded to me as soon as possible.
