Superprof Keeps Charging My Account Despite Ending My Membership
Through my Superprof membership, I contacted several tutors in the subjects my child needed and arranged lessons. However, despite already having taken the lessons, I recently discovered that ₺199 has been withdrawn from my account every month for the past four months under Superprof’s name.
Even though I canceled my membership last month, I noticed that another ₺199 was withdrawn again this month without any valid reason or authorization.
I have already emailed Superprof requesting that this unauthorized practice stop immediately and that the unjustly withdrawn fees be refunded, but I am still waiting for a response.
