SunExpress Online Check-In Error Not Fixed

I have a flight with SunExpress from Antalya to Basel this Saturday. When I tried to check in online, I entered my information but couldn't proceed at all. The system keeps asking for my membership number, which they claim is not mandatory. We registered and received a membership number, yet I still can't move forward.
I kindly request assistance in resolving this issue. It is frustrating to face such difficulties when trying to check in, and I hope someone can help me soon. Thank you.
