Unable to Complete Online Check-In on SunExpress – Billing Info Error Prevents Payment

I encountered a major issue while trying to complete online check-in for my SunExpress flight. Despite entering all required billing information, the system repeatedly gives a "missing required information" error and won't proceed to payment. I've tried multiple times, using both my phone and computer, but the result is always the same.
I also attempted to reach customer service for help, but received no response. SunExpress, please provide immediate assistance to resolve this issue so I can complete my check-in.
