Unable to Complete Online Check-In for SunExpress Flight

I booked a connecting SunExpress flight from Samsun to Antalya and then Antalya to Berlin, but I was unable to complete the online check-in. It seems like SunExpress intentionally prevents passengers from completing the check-in online, claiming a “system error,” just to charge a €5 fee at the airport. After entering all my information, the system wouldn’t allow me to finalize the check-in process. There are many similar complaints about this issue, yet SunExpress seems to ignore them. This is incredibly frustrating and feels like an unnecessary money grab. I will definitely not choose SunExpress again, and I expect them to fix this issue and refund the fees.
