SunExpress Double-Charged My Card for Reservation and Delayed Refund

On October 25, I made a reservation with SunExpress Airlines and paid via my bank card. Shockingly, on October 26, I noticed that I was charged twice for the same ticket. Despite waiting the suggested 7 business days, I still have not received my refund. I contacted customer service multiple times, and initially, I was told there was no need for further action on my part. However, after calling again, they directed me to complete an online application for a refund.

Frustratingly, even after entering all my information correctly, the “Submit” button on the application page does not work. I have tried multiple times, but nothing helps. This delay is unacceptable, and I urgently request SunExpress to resolve this and refund my payment promptly.
