SunExpress Charged Me for a Ticket Without Issuing One – No Refund or Support

On January 31, 2025, I attempted to purchase a ticket through the SunExpress mobile app. After entering all the required information and proceeding with payment, I received an error message. However, when I checked my bank transactions, I saw that the ticket price had been deducted from my card.
When I contacted customer service, they told me that the ticket price had increased at that exact moment, so my payment didn’t go through. Instead of issuing the ticket, they assured me that my money would be refunded within 7 business days. I explained that I still needed the ticket, and without a refund, I couldn’t rebook. Their response? “There’s nothing we can do.”
As of now, I have neither my ticket nor my money back, and SunExpress has provided no real support. This is unacceptable! I demand an immediate refund or the ticket I paid for. SunExpress, resolve this issue now!
