Sunexpress Charged My Account but Didn't Provide a Ticket or Reservation Number
I recently purchased a ticket from the Sunexpress website, and while the payment was successfully deducted from my account, I never received a confirmation email or a reservation number. Instead, I received a message stating that there was an issue with the payment record.
When I contacted customer service, they informed me that I would need to wait 5 business days for a refund. I've been buying tickets from Sunexpress for years, and this is the first time I've encountered such a problem. Previously, when I paid with a credit card, everything went smoothly, but this time, using a foreign bank card caused an error.
I am requesting an immediate refund of my money. This situation is highly inconvenient, and I expect it to be resolved quickly.
