SunExpress Airlines Charges Without Confirmation – Recurring Booking Issue

I have experienced a recurring issue with SunExpress Airlines several times now, making me doubt their claim of a "system error." I select my flight, pay for the ticket, and the amount is deducted from my card, but I never receive a confirmation email or reservation number.

When I call customer service, they inform me that the booking is "pending" and promise a refund within three business days. This leaves me with two frustrating options: purchase a new ticket (if my credit card limit allows) or wait 3-5 days for a refund, often having to rebook at a higher price.

Having faced this issue three or four times now, I find it unacceptable. SunExpress, I demand an immediate resolution to this problem and steps to prevent such incidents in the future. Customers should not be subjected to such inconvenience and financial stress.
