SunExpress Charged Me Twice Without Issuing Tickets

On November 29, I purchased international flight tickets for three people via the SunExpress website. The payment was deducted, but the site encountered an error and did not issue the tickets. I contacted customer service, who acknowledged the issue and initiated a refund process. To ensure I had tickets, I repurchased them over the phone with their assistance, as they advised me to avoid using the website.

However, both transactions were refunded, and I now have no tickets, despite having planned my entire trip abroad. SunExpress claims the bank issued the refunds, while my bank insists it was initiated by SunExpress. I’ve contacted both multiple times without resolution, and I’m stuck paying an additional ₺15,000 for new tickets. I demand SunExpress resolve this issue urgently and honor the original bookings.
