SunExpress Double-Charged My Card for Reservation and Delayed Refund

On October 25, I made a reservation with SunExpress Airlines and paid via my bank card. Shockingly, on October 26, I not...iced that I was charged twice for the same ticket. Despite waiting the suggested 7 business days, I still have not received my refund. I contacted customer service multiple times,
