SunExpress Denied My Check-In and Refused a Full Refund

I am extremely frustrated with SunExpress for their unfair treatment. Even though I had more than 45 minutes before departure, the staff delayed the process by focusing on baggage instead of issuing my boarding pass. As a result, they later claimed there wasn’t enough time for check-in and denied me boarding, leaving me stranded.

Despite this being their fault, they refused to refund my ticket, only providing a partial refund for taxes after three days. When I contacted customer service, they were completely unhelpful. They even falsely claimed I had purchased the cheapest ticket to avoid giving a full refund. Instead of taking responsibility, they blamed me for missing the flight.

SunExpress, I demand a full refund! This was entirely due to your staff’s delays, and I should not be the one to suffer the consequences. Fix this immediately!
