SunExpress Stole My Money - Exchange Rate Loss on Refund
I am absolutely furious with SunExpress! I tried to buy a ticket directly from your official website, but a system error occurred. The ticket wasn't issued, but the payment was still debited from my account! I immediately contacted customer service, and they assured me a refund would be processed.
A few days later, the refund did arrive, but due to the exchange rate difference, I received a lower amount than what I originally paid. This entire situation is 100% the fault of SunExpress's flawed system, yet I'm the one who suffered the financial loss. When I contacted customer service about the missing amount, they flat-out told me it wouldn't be refunded.
This is unacceptable! I lost both time and money due to a technical problem that was not my fault. SunExpress, you need to compensate me for this loss and refund the missing amount immediately! Stop profiting from your own system failures and return what's rightfully mine.
