SunExpress Stole My Money - Exchange Rate Loss on Refund

I am absolutely furious with SunExpress! I tried to buy a ticket directly from your official website, but a system error... occurred. The ticket wasn't issued, but the payment was still debited from my account! I immediately contacted customer service, and they assured me a refund would be processed.
