SunExpress Charged Me Extra for Hand Luggage & Delayed My Flight

I purchased a SunExpress ticket through Turna, which clearly stated that hand luggage was included. However, at the airport, I was suddenly told that a regular backpack doesn’t qualify as hand luggage—even though my ticket never specified any such restriction. I showed my ticket, but the staff refused to help.

To make matters worse, the baggage fee, which was €40 before check-in, was increased to €160 for two people during boarding. This is blatant overcharging! I called SunExpress support twice, waited a long time on hold, and still received no assistance. The staff was extremely rude, and neither SunExpress nor Turna took responsibility—each blamed the other.

Additionally, my flight, which was supposed to depart at 11:00 AM, was delayed. They first announced a 1-hour delay, but in the end, the plane took off 2 hours later at 1:00 PM. No explanation, no proper communication, and no compensation.

This experience was completely unacceptable. I will never book with SunExpress or Turna again. I demand a refund for the unfair baggage charge and an explanation for the delay. Fix this issue now!
