SunExpress Charged Me for Tickets but Didn’t Issue Them

I just purchased tickets for my family and me on the SunExpress website for a flight from Antalya to Paris. The payment of ₺20,145.9 was successfully deducted from my debit card, but my tickets do not appear in the system.

When I contacted SunExpress customer service, they told me that there is an update in the banking system and that my money would be refunded within three days. However, this delay is unacceptable because this issue is not my fault. I paid for my tickets and should not have to wait for a refund just to rebook my flight.

I demand an immediate refund of my money so I can rebook my tickets without delay. SunExpress, resolve this issue now!
