Meesho Payment Debited but Order Not Confirmed on Fampay

I am writing regarding a problem with a payment I made on Meesho where the money was debited, but my order was never confirmed. On 7 May, I paid for an order on Meesho using net banking through my Fampay account. The amount was successfully debited from my Fampay balance, but the order did not get confirmed in the Meesho app. When I contacted Meesho customer support, they told me to request a chargeback, but they did not resolve the issue or clarify the status of my payment and order. I have not yet contacted any bank, because this payment was made via Fampay, and I specifically want the refunded amount to be returned to my Fampay account, not to any bank account. At the moment, my money is stuck, and I have neither the order nor the refund. I request that Meesho urgently investigate this failed order and ensure that the debited amount is immediately refunded back to my Fampay account, and that I receive a clear confirmation in writing once this is done.
