I Face Online Check-In Failure with SunExpress XQ7711 Flight from Adana to Antalya

On August 25, 2025, I purchased an economy class ticket for SunExpress flight XQ7711 from Adana Mersin Çukurova Airport to Antalya Airport (PNR: RY39P9). I paid a total of ₺2,936 for this reservation. My scheduled departure time was 18:55.

Several hours before the flight, I repeatedly tried to complete my online check-in via the SunExpress website. Each attempt failed due to a system error that occurred during seat selection, preventing the process from being finalized.

During this time, I contacted SunExpress customer service, and they confirmed that there was a general technical issue on the site and that passengers were unable to complete check-in. Despite this acknowledgment, no alternative solution was offered, and as a result, I was unable to board my flight and suffered a significant loss of both time and money.

I am requesting that SunExpress resolve this issue immediately by either providing me with a new flight ticket or issuing a full refund for the ₺2,936 I paid. Customers should not bear the consequences of system failures beyond their control.
